The New College Logos Have Launched!

This year we decided to redesign our College logos to modernise them, make them more consistent and capture the essence of what each College represents at NLS.

We have now appointed our two new Senior Student Leaders for September: Isabella Jenkin and Shahmeer Mashood. They are looking forward to representing the student body at different events throughout the next academic year.

Second Hand Uniform

Each year the school receives uniform donations. Consequently, we have a wide range of good quality second hand pieces.

If you wish to use this service you will need to:

Email the uniform request to the email address: nls@northleamington.co.uk .
Provide your child’s requirements including: item required, size, and gender. The more detail you can provide, the quicker we can process your request. Use the uniform list to support this.
We will review our stock and let you know if we have the items required.
Once confirmed, the pieces will be tagged and set aside for you to collect.

Please note:

Orders will be processed on a ‘first come’ first served basis.
We will aim to process the order as soon as we can

NLS students exhibit at Leamington Arts Trail Gallery

North Leamington School are pleased to announce their first public art exhibition in three years following recent lockdowns. Students will display their pieces at the ArtsTrail Studios & Gallery located in the heart of Leamington Spa. Visitors will experience a variety of artwork including drawings, coral and marine life sculptures, photography and abstract portraiture painting.

The exhibition demonstrates a variety of skills developed by art and photography students from Years 7, 8, 9 and Sixth Form to showcase their talents.

Everyone is welcome to view the visual expressions of self-identity and reflect on the fragile nature of our natural environment.

The exhibition takes place from Monday 4 July to Saturday 30 July.

ArtsTrail Gallery is open Monday to Saturday 11am – 5:30pm.

Royal Recognition for NLS Students' artwork

NLS Students have supported the local charity 'Kissing it Better' over the past year to create artwork for older people being cared for in Warwick and Leamington hospitals, and local care homes. The charity has now received the Queen's Award for Voluntary Service which recognises the programme in South Warwickshire, and the schools who work with them.

“Even during the pandemic, children from local schools worked hard to ensure that older people felt remembered and cared for,” says Caty Oates, project director for Warwickshire. "I wanted to thank North Leamington School for all that you’ve done in the pandemic, pen pal letters and all the wonderful artwork you have inspired pupils to create. There is a continuous need for uplifting colourful artwork and handmade items for gift bags. The beautiful flower paintings are still up on a frailty ward and the Castle pictures are on Castle Ward."

“We would like to thank the hundreds of young people across Warwick and Leamington who have tirelessly volunteered during the pandemic, to help us end the loneliness of old age by using their talents to spread kindness and thoughtfulness,” says CEO, Jill Fraser.

Results Day 2022 Information

We wish all of our students currently taking exams the best of luck! We know you will do yourselves proud!

Results Day information is as follows:

Year 13
Results day for Year 13 is on Thursday 18 August. Results are available between 9am and 10am. Students must collect their own results and for any students not able to attend, results will be emailed to their school email address later that day.
The Sixth Form Team will be on hand to both celebrate with students and to support as required with any results and next step queries.

Year 11
Results day for Year 11 is on Thursday 25 August. Results are available between 9am and 10am. Students must collect their own results and for any students not able to attend, results will be emailed to their school email address later that day.
Members of staff will be on hand to both celebrate with students and to support as required with any post results queries.
On results day we will also be enrolling students to the Sixth Form, more information regarding this will be sent by the Sixth Form Team in due course.

Year 10
GCSE results day for Year 10 is on Thursday 25 August. We will post home all results that day via first class post, however if any students would prefer to collect their result in person they can do this at 9:15am from school. Results can only be collected by the student themselves.
