Term-Time only + 1 week (39 weeks)
Salary Band H - Points 14-17
Starting on point 14 - actual salary starting at £26,683 per annum

Working collaboratively with the Head of Sixth Form and the wider Sixth Form team, you will provide academic mentoring and intervention, promote and drive excellent attendance, manage the study rooms effectively as high-quality learning environments and provide welfare support to ensure student wellbeing.
We Would Love To Hear From You If You:
- think this role will suit your skills, knowledge and experience
- have excellent interpersonal skills with a high level of literacy and numeracy (at least GCSE grade A*-C or 9-4 in English and Maths) and a higher qualification in any discipline to Post 18 e.g. A levels, L3 apprenticeship, BTEC L3
- can form good working relationships with colleagues and have the essential skills to relate appropriately to young people, promoting positive attitudes to achieve the best possible outcomes
