Year 7 Information Evening
During the evening there will be two presentations. The first will take place at 4.45pm and this will be repeated at 5.30pm to allow parents/carers the flexibility to attend the session that best suits them.

This will be supplemented by a Tutor presentations at 5.20pm with the repeat at 6.10pm.

The evening is essentially for parents and carers. However, we do appreciate that childcare may mean that children also have to attend.

The Marketplace will be available through the evening from 4.30pm to 6.30pm with a small number of tables led by key members of our support staff. This will be an opportunity to gain information and ask additional questions to support your child’s well-being and progress outside of the classroom as well as specific learning needs. You will also be able to seek support with admin including Parent Pay, G4S, Free school meals, uniform and parental contacts. 
There is no need to book to attend.

Year 12 Information Evening
The Year 12 event begins at 4.30pm with an ‘informal gathering’ in the Common Room and Mezzanine spaces. Staff will be available in reception to meet you.  The informal gathering is a chance to speak with some of our student leaders, meet other parents and talk socially with the tutors and members of the Sixth Form Team.

From 5:00-6.00pm there will be a more formal presentation by your child’s tutor around expectations, support processes and what we offer. To help support our planning if you didn’t complete the MS Form to advise you will be attending, please email sixthform@northleamington.co.uk to let us know, along with the number of parents attending and their names.

If you have booked an optional meeting to meet your child’s tutor or member of the Sixth Form Team, these will take place from 4.00-4.30pm.  Booking for these meetings has now closed. If you would like an alternative meeting on another day to discuss a specific issue please email sixthform@northleamington.co.uk.
