Junior Physics Challenge Success

We are delighted to share the fantastic results from the recent Junior Physics Challenge our Year 10 students took part in last week. This is a prestigious national competition designed to stretch and inspire young physicists.

Forty-five students took part in this challenging even completing two rigorous online quizzes requiring both deep knowledge and the ability to think critically under pressure. They all demonstrated fantastic resilience, enthusiasm, and confidence, embracing the opportunity to challenge themselves testing their understanding of Physics in a new and exciting way.

This challenge is an excellent way for students to:

  • Take part in a national physics competition
  • Build greater confidence in the subject
  • Check their understanding in a fun and demanding format

We are incredibly proud to announce that every participating student achieved an award, with all receiving either a Bronze, Silver, or Gold certificate — a fantastic achievement that reflects their hard work and passion for the subject.

We would like to offer special congratulations to the six students who achieved the Gold Award – an outstanding result that places them amongst the top young physicists nationally.

Well done to all our brilliant students!

We look forward to students taking part in similar competitions in the future, continuing to raise the profile of Physics.
