Data and Exams Officer
Permanent Contract
37 Hours per week
Daily Working Pattern of 8:00am to 4:00pm (to 3:30pm on a Friday.) Some flexibility on start and end times may be necessary during the busy exam period
Term-Time only + 2 Weeks (40 weeks)
Salary Band G - H, points 11 – 17 (Starting on point 11). Actual Salary Starting at £25,228

This role is mainly based at North Leamington School (NLS), the lead school of the Elm Tree Multi Academy Trust (ETMAT) and offers related support to the schools in our small but highly achieving group. Opportunity
We are seeking to appoint a professional and efficient Data and Exams Officer providing a high standard of administrative accuracy in their work with a flexible and proactive approach to tasks and duties whilst supporting two important teams within our Trust.
- To provide support to the Data Manager in the running and administering of student data, tracking and reporting
- To provide support to the Exams Manager in the running and administering of internal and external examinations
- To provide an in-person and/or remote support and delivery function of the duties of this role across any ETMAT school as required. Supporting analysis, review and harmonisation of best practice in line with ETMAT standards and expectations across the Trust group of schools
