Senior Caretaker
Permanent Contract, all year round
37 Hours per Week
Full-time variable hours/shifts between 6:00 - 22:00 daily, including weekend working
Salary Band E, Points 5-6 (Starting at SCP 5) - Actual Salary Starting at £25,583
We are looking to appoint a dedicated and reliable Senior Caretaker. You will join our friendly experienced site team to manage caretaking services to all school buildings, ensuring a safe and secure environment. The role will be based primarily at North Leamington School, with occasional support at our other Trust school (Telford Junior School) being required. Our site is modern and in great condition.
We would love to hear from you if you have:
- Practical/handyman skills necessary to undertake general building maintenance/repairs
- The physical fitness to walk around the site and undertake manual handling
- The ability to follow instructions to requirements, organise and prioritise workload
- Great communication skills working well with all members of the school community and others through lettings
- The ability to work as part of a team as well as independently using your own initiative
- Flexibility to support the team, as required, including shift work (06.00-22.00 hours and weekend working)
