COVID-19

We aim to continue to provide as much information as possible to support our students, parents and the wider community during this time. This page will be updated as frequently as possible with all the latest government updates as well as our own information.

Positive COVID-19 results

COVID-19 testing is no longer recommended for children and young people aged 18 years and younger unless directed by a health professional. If they do test positive for COVID-19 they should try and avoid contact with others for 3 days after the day they took a test. After 3 days, they can resume normal activities, including returning to education, provided they feel well and do not have a high temperature. It’s also recommended that children and young people who live with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 continue to attend their education setting as usual.

Please let us know if your child has tested positive for COVID-19 or is unwell via the usual absence process- call 01926 338711 Option 1 or email attendance@northleamington.co.uk.

View the latest guidance on COVID-19 isolation.

If your child needs to isolate and is able to complete work at home, we will continue to provide all students with their learning online via MS Teams. Staff will set work as per your child's timetable. We would also encourage you to get your child to email their teacher directly if they need further support or guidance during this time.

If your child experiences ICT issues at home such as logging into Teams, please contact helpdesk@northleamington.co.uk

If you are struggling to access the work because of lack of ICT access then please contact school directly so we can provide support.

Please email nls@northleamington.co.uk if you have any other concerns.
