North Leamington School is an environmental and design award winning purpose designed Secondary & Sixth Form facility, that benefits from a wide range of facilities for sports/fitness and performing arts, for our students and the wider community.
The campus is split into 5 buildings and benefits from extensive sports fields.
Facilities available for hire
We offer several facilities for hire to clubs, companies, and individuals for a variety of reasons with staff on hand to assist you should you need it. For all enquiries on availability and pricing please contact our lettings team at lettings@northleamington.co.uk
Artificial Sports Pitch
Our fully floodlit, sand-dressed artificial sports pitch is used for PE lessons and is also available for bookings during weeknights and at the weekend.
Being suitable for hockey, football matches or training sessions, this facility can be utilised as a full-size playing surface, or can be divided into two separate playing areas, available for individual hire.
Sports Hall
Suitable for numerous sporting activities, the sports hall is fitted with a heated wooden floor that is perfect for use all year round. Ideal for indoor 5-a-side football, basketball, athletics, badminton, and netball, as well as children’s birthday parties. The hall can be hired as a whole space or split into two separate areas hired independently.
Gymnasium
The gymnasium, also fitted with a sprung wooden floor, is used by students for dance, aerobics, and gymnastics. It is also the ideal venue for community use such as local dance, gymnastic and martial arts organisations.
MUGA
The fully floodlit Multi-use Games Area features 3 tennis and 4 netball courts. The space can be hired as a whole, or on a ‘per court’ basis.
Sports Fields
The school boasts extensive sports fields that accommodate a wide range of sporting activities for students and the community alike. Benefiting from an artificial cricket wicket, long and triple jump pits, seasonal football pitch markings and general space for fitness groups and a variety of tournaments and community events.
Changing Rooms
Within the Sports Centre, there are 2 female, 2 male and an official’s changing room, which are available to hire in conjunction with any of our sporting facilities.
Main Theatre
Amongst its wide-ranging uses, this space can accommodate up to 400 and is used for student assemblies, award ceremonies, drama and dance lessons and school theatre performances. Featuring a heated sprung wooden floor, retractable seating and professional quality lighting and sound systems, this fully ventilated space is also ideal for community dance rehearsals and performances, presentation evenings and holiday clubs.
The adjacent dining hall can be hired, for an additional fee, for breakout space or interval breaks.

Lecture Theatre
Featuring 61 padded chairs with foldaway individual writing ledges, projector and dimmable lighting, this purpose designed space is ideal for smaller presentations.
Dance Studio
Our Dance Studio is ideal for any dance or fitness-based activity. It features heated sprung wooden flooring, full length mirrors and sound systems.
Drama Rooms
Our 2 specialist drama rooms feature stage lighting and sound systems which would be perfect for performing arts groups.
Classrooms
For those looking for a venue for training or meetings, we have several classrooms for hire which benefit from projectors and guest Wi-Fi (upon request)
