Salary Band H - Points 14-17
(Starting on Point 14 – actual term time salary £24,746 for 37 hours per week 39 weeks)

You will work with the Senior Assistant Head-Teacher responsible for Pupil Premium to plan and deliver for a caseload of disadvantaged (Pupil Premium) and vulnerable students a program linked to the Strategic Action Plan at North Leamington School.  You will offer coverage of academic mentoring, monitoring and intervention as well as work to ensure a broad and balanced curriculum experience.  Ensuring improved attendance using our Attendance Toolkit approach will also be a key role. You will help co-ordinate support by working with colleagues and by ensuring improved parental engagement.
