Year 7 enjoy the Birmingham Botanical Gardens

As an International School we provide opportunities for all of our students to experience the world in different ways.

Students attended over three days last week with their Tutors in their Colleges, which also gave them an opportunity to build relationships within their Tutor Group.

two students holding a snakeStudents had the chance to handle a range of exotic animals, with many facing their fears to hold bearded dragons, corn snakes and giant snails, among other animals and insects as well as  learning about special adaptations these creatures have developed and the habitats in which they live.

They explored the glass houses collecting clues to find out more rainforest plants and environments and explored  the gardens.

The students have been superb ambassadors for the school and been really engaged in the sessions, asking excellent questions. Well done Year 7.
